I really like How Heavenly a State. The opening track and the Flavor of Metal haven’t quite poked through for me yet and sound kinda generic/pleasant but everything else I really like. I am curious how folks who love the more epic Possess/Tourist side of DCFC will feel about these tighter, less sprawling songs.

 

The title track(s) are a highlight

 

asphalt meadows is like four or five albums too low but i forgive you because of the spoiler lmao
