Yeah. I don’t know how the two or so deniers pulled it off but there should never be a scenario where one has to qualify liking Asphalt Meadows as a personal opinion. That album rips!!!!

This is good so far. Still don't love Ben's voice at times compared to what it used to be, but the singles are working better for me in context (which is shocking because I didn't realize "Punching the Flowers was track two) and the title track into "Envy the Birds" is great. Love the instrumental of "Stone Over Water," just not the lyrics/melody.
They need to make an album called "Automobles" so they can have Trans, Plans, and Automobles in the discography
Almost done listening. Very simple and tight album. Little bit more menace sprinkled throughout than I expected.
Didn't know that Ben had another divorce. That's a bummer. I imagine that's going to be a factor for this album.
