Saw them at the Hollywood Bowl last year and at Just Like Heaven this year. Liked the fest set better because I could get up close easily

I hope they're writing now and continuing to push the limits of their sound like the last record

Yeah, I still like this more than the last few.

The title track, Rand McNally, Foxglove, Pepper, I Miss Strangers are all really strong for me.

I was so bummed that I already had a family commitment the night of the My Chem/Death Cab show in Jersey, so these Plans shows around it are the ultimate consolation prize.

Christ, another album that came out in 2005?????? I’m sure I’ve looked at the 2005 release year many times but can never remember it but between this, Anberlin NTFP and Jack’s Mannequin EIT that alone is already a crazy good year to me and I’m sure there’s another 20+ albums from 2005 I spin regularly.

this is a cool coincidence, on February 22, 2005, these four albums were released

Comeback Kid - Wake The Dead
Armor For Sleep - What to Do When You Are Dead
Gym Class Heroes - The Papercut Chronicles
Hidden In Plain View - Life In Dreaming

I listened to a ton of Tooth and Nail and Militia Group pop punk and hardcore bands back then so I just went through the wiki lists for both and these were released that year too:

    Tooth & Nail:

    Emery - The Question
    Bleach - Farewell Old Friends
    Mae - The Everglow
Starflyer 59 - Talking Voice vs. Singing Voice
    Discover America - Psychology
    Waking Ashland - Composure
As Cities Burn - Son, I Loved You At Your Darkest
Haste The Day - When Everything Falls
Terminal - How The Lonely Keep
    MxPx - Panic
Number One Gun - Promises for the Imperfect
Joy Electric - The Ministry of Archers
Spoken - Last Chance to Breathe
Project 86 - …And the Rest Will Follow
    Demon Hunter - The Triptych
Norma Jean - O God, The Aftermath
August Burns Red - Thrill Seeker
    The Chariot - Unsung EP

    The Militia Group

    Copeland - In Motion
    Cartel - Chroma
    Rufio - Perhaps, I Suppose
The Rocket Summer - Hello, Good Friend
    Umbrellas - Self Titled
Denison Witmer - Are You a Dreamer?

And then outside of those labels you had, you know:

Fall Out Boy - From Under the Cork Tree
Panic! At the Disco - A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out
The All-American Rejects - Move Along
    Alkaline Trio - Crimson
The Academy Is… - Almost Here
Motion City Soundtrack - Commit This to Memory
Paramore - All We Know is Falling
    Bayside - Self Titled
    The Aquabats - Charge!!
The Plain White T’s - All That We Needed
    Silverstein - Discovering the Waterfront
    Weezer - Make Believe

    It just keeps going.

    or Gimme Fiction by Spoon.

I’m Wide Awake, It’s Morning by Bright Eyes

    Illinois by Sufjan

    Picaresque by The Decemberists

Urghhh these shows sold out so fast. There were only 1700 ahead of me in the queue and it was all gone by the time I got in (BK venue holds 2,700).

Funny how they just let you sit there in the queue even though it's sold out.

Anyone here get lucky? Or at least hear how much tickets cost?

I guess I'm going to have to resort to stubhub closer to the show days. Really hope I can get in for less than $150.
