Enjoy. The postal service songs rip live. Would have loved to experience them during the warmer months of late spring/early summer.
I just spent 20 minutes adding tickets to my cart, only to be notified they were unavailable before I could check out. My date is now sold out for today, unless I want to spend $300+ on VIP tickets. Maybe they held some seats back for general on-sale on Friday, but if today is any indication I don't have hope. Fun!
my guess is that the artist and other various presales are a limited batch of tickets and a greater number of tickets will become available for the general
Really hope I get to see this tour again. Need them to play Just Like Heaven or something! It’s crazy though when I went (LA night 1) I felt like barely any of the crowd knew Transatlanticism
I'm itching for a regular Death Cab show now. I really enjoyed this tour, but I honestly only really started listening to the Postal Service after it was announced, and Transatlanticism was never like a fundamental album for me even though I do really like it. But I've only seen Death Cab play one other show besides this, so I want a mix and match setlist.
Hate the struggle of "should I buy tickets now or wait and see the day of?" Almost decided to wait but changed my mind and got some in the 100 section for too much money Excited tho!
Well, I struck out again. Logged on early to wait in the virtual line and everything, but my date sold out before I could get to checkout. So, that's fun.
Just went to the little Trasatlanticism / Give Up exhibit at the KEXP lounge. Fun place to geek out for a few mins. They have all these cool artifacts on display for the 20th anniversary.
The old laptop in the exhibit makes me so happy and nostalgic. Memories of trying to record stuff in Audacity using something that looked like that.
Toronto isn’t even sold out and cheap seats are actually pretty cheap. Kinda cool. Guess the bots cooled off on this one?
