    Predominantly old, white people. Not totally. The same ratio of representation would be criticized if it were a message about positive role models.

    You're supposed to look at the ad and go "I don't associate with those people, so I should go out and make sure they're not the ones making decisions for me." Putting exclusively old, rich, white people in the ad is especially effective in making that point.
