Not reading anything in the past few pages, but I'm seeing this today at 6pm. I've seen 2 spoilers, both on youtube, so watch out.

Glad I decided to go with an empty 915am showing tomorrow and not a packed 3pm today

 

Deadpool was very funny in spots, otherwise it was so fucking stupid and terrible lol I do not trust Marvel to do the X-men justice AT ALL.

 

The Dolby screening I’m in is sold out. First time I’ve seen it packed since the Mario movie.

tix secured for Sunday afternoon. tuned out of Marvel after Moon Knight, but i'm willing to give this a chance. remember liking the previous 2 installments to varying degrees (and ofc Logan is fantastic). let's see how this one does.

 

It was exactly what you expect, good and bad. No stakes, Ryan Reynolds jamming swear words together until they’re not funny, about a dozen clever jokes, fun cameos. Nothing that ever needs to be seen again.

 

I enjoyed it. Not big into the MCU but I always had a soft spot for Hugh’s Wolverine performances

 

curious how long it'll take this to hit digital. still not going to the theatre so hopefully not TOO long, but this thing is going to print money regardless so

 

Yeah, I wouldn’t expect to hit digital until the fall.

 

I hope to god we get more standard Wolverine and bringing him back wasn’t in vain for this shit

my gf came with me cause her brother in law told her it’s gonna be awesome and she doesn’t watch any MCU stuff really and she had no idea what was going on

 

Would watching the MCU even help? I feel like everything about this movie relies on your knowledge of Fox stuff, no? I haven’t seen it yet.
