It's wild that it's taken them this long to do a Long Halloween animated movie. Going to be great though.
I was saying this same to a friend of mine yesterday as we were discussing the news out of Fandome, at least with regard to film. I'm definitely hyped for Eternals, The Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love & Thunder, and GOTG 3 (Black Widow I'm not really that excited about), but the upcoming DC slate is so stacked with filmmakers/actors I love and concepts I'm excited about. As for TV, though, I think I'm still more hyped for the Marvel stuff coming to Disney+ than I am for any DC project, save for probably Gotham PD on HBO. But if you had told me back in the dark days of the DC film universe, when Snyder was in control, that I would have said any of the foregoing I would have laughed in your face.
I think it's mostly that we know what expect this point from the MCU. Whatever happens next with DC movies is such a wildcard. And yea back in 2017, when WW was the only good thing they had done since the dark knight trilogy, things were looking bleak.
