Don't know a lot about Blackhawk, but it seems like it's in Spielberg's wheelhouse.

 

Ya I saw DC+Spielberg and was like uhhh, but then I saw that it's a WWII setting and was like ahhhh ok.

 

I guess I'll post this here. Streaming service is supposed to launch sometime this year. I'm skeptical of this doing well.

Includes access to the exclusive series Titans, Young Justice: Outsiders, and Harley Quinn.

 

They will get 10 bucks or month or whatever from me either way just for Young Justice.

Surprised they don't move Arrow and Flash onto here since those shows do well. It's needed since Titans looks bad and I can't see Harley Quinn being that great haha.

 

Ya I'm definitely gonna catch Young Justice. Been waiting forever for that to come back.

Jared Leto’s Joker Is Getting His Own Movie (EXCLUSIVE)

Much more interested in the Joaquin Phoenix Joker movie. I hope that one pans out well.

Do people really like the Joker that much?

Like, not even specifically the irredeemable dumpster fire that is Leto's performance. (And Leto as a person, for that matter.) But, just the Joker in general. Can he really carry that much story?

 

If Venom or Boba Fett can, I don’t see why not. Not that I wanted any of these movies.

 

I think Ledger's Joker is a lot of people's favorite superhero movie villain, making him a character the studio will always want to bank on.

As far as SS goes, I remember a lot of younger people loving Joker/Quinn and glorifying their "crazy" relationship while ignoring the toxicity of it. Although, I think a lot of that praise occurred during the promo phase before the movie actually released.

So much announcements. A Jared-Joker, such divided responses is getting a movie. Phoenix already getting a movie. There's a guy that works in Taco Bell, i'm sure he can be another Joker if needed.

 

DC has like 15 different films in development every week.

 

HOW ABOUT THE FUCKING BATMAN MOVIE

Literally just make Leto Joker the villain if they want to use him again

 

All of these random announcements just make me sad lol.

I still imagine a universe where the DCEU wasn't botched and we got a Affleck directed and acted The Batman with Deathstroke as the villain in a universe with an already established Joker, Harley, history of Jason Todd, and Croc with perfect casting of Affleck, Manganiello and J. K. Simmons.

What a mess when all the pieces were there.....
