2 Suicide 2 Squad.

Only way that would ever happen is if they let Mel do whatever passion project(s) he wanted.

He's been bashing comic book movies for years now. The idea he'd entertain doing one was puzzling. Not that I wouldn't want to see it.

 

Remember how close we were to getting a Flash movie next year? Now there's a possibility we are only getting one DC movie -- and it's in the 12 month of the year. Unreal.

And I wish they'd dump these unused scripts online. I'd love to read the Flash treatments and whatever Affleck came up with for The Batman.

 

I'm enjoying Powerless.

really excited for the trailer, but I hope the main trailer isn't so reliant on the generic rock music. I want an epic and crafted trailer, what Snyder is so good at. not a transformers or F&F trailer.

 

Likewise. Really hoping the movie itself won't be disappointing in the long run, but we will see. Still holding out hope for DC this year.

 

I'm not bothering to watch any of these trailers after BvS's revealing trailers.

 

I'm fighting this same battle. I dunno if my inner fan boy will let me but so far I've avoided the last 2 WW trailers. I just gotta keep telling myself I would have liked BvS so much more if I hadn't gone into it knowing every plot point.

I JUST SAW THAT OH MY GOSH.

I'm not 100% sure how to feel about the Whedon choice. Until we get more women considered for male-fronted films, every female-fronted film with a man at the helm is gonna feel weird. Plus, with his track record, I could totally see him addressing that whole Killing Joke thing as something in her past and doing so in a super messy and gross way. Still, I like a lot about his style, and his sensibilities for Buffy and Avengers are EXACTLY what Barbara Gordon needs, 100%.

But, still, if this rumor is real and the deal goes through, OH MY GOODNESS YES GIVE ME NOW. Dang it do I love that character.

 

At least Wonder Woman and likely Captain Marvel will be directed by women
