David Maxim Micic - Who Bit the Moon (March 2, 2017)

Absolutely brilliant record. It's difficult to describe because it fuses many disparate genres and experiments with a lot of different ideas and sonic landscapes, but it mainly sticks to djent/progressive metal/electronic. Probably the only record I've heard from this year that I love.

 

If you don't listen to the whole thing, at the very least listen to these two songs. Damar is a masterpiece.

I went through some acutely painful & bizarre experiences this year and this record was a source of hope, comfort, and motivation through them. am very glad for it.

Damar and 687 Days are super songs. I will check whole album when I`ll find free time. Cheers!
