i mostly hear it on What In the World and Sound and Vision

 

“Fame” is one of those truly unique songs that’s just inimitable. That particular funk sound is just so signature.

I really hope there's an individual CD release outside of the box set. I have a collection of every Bowie CD, but none of the box sets.

 

the album art they went with for Toy is one of the most dreadful things I've seen in awhile

 

Given the awful artwork, I’d like to believe that was what Bowie wanted in that time.

"Your Turn to Drive" is one of my favourites from that era, and the rerecorded "Conversation Piece" is heartbreaking

I know this technically isn’t a new album, but the thought that we’re getting a new release from him is so cool. I have 2 Bowie tattoos, I’m pretty obsessed with him.

Since 2016 I've been doing a discog run this week every year, with his birthday and death anniversary only days apart. Helps break up the post-holiday blues too. Always blown away by how many great albums he has, it's just wild.

I've actually been listening to Earthling a lot. Pretty underrated.
