Trevor 3 years ago: a lil dicky show? haha nah thanks tho Trevor today [softly crying]: Wow. Gata is really speaking to Rick Ross
Fantastic episode. The sequence with Dave collaborating with the guys that robbed them is now one of my favorite scenes in the whole show, and yeah that ending with everything going right for Gata with Ross was awesome
https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/feature/lil-dicky-fx-dave-season-three-music-1235371181/ This is an interesting interview, it really does seem like his character on this show is literally him in real life, down to the delusions of grandeur. It seems like pretty much everything on the show is also directly pulled from his personal life too, and he pretty much confirms that he doesn't really care about making music that much and only ever wanted to become famous so he could make a TV show He definitely seems like a complicated guy, I still genuinely can't tell if I like him as a person or not lol. He's certainly doing what he set out to do with this show so far though
Great episode! This show has a way of speaking to millennials that I feel like only the first two seasons of Master of None has done.
Really hope Chloe Bennett's character shows up more, they had very natural chemistry. Feel like they're setting up for that though
Just caught up on episodes 3 and 4 and am glad they hit harder. I now have a huge celeb crush on Chloe Bennet. She nailed it. I find myself regularly thinking of the cum gag from episode 2 from this season and crack up to myself.
I wasn't sure if they used it last episode (I think they did) but the end scene used the Ally's Song instrumental lol
Never thought this show would give us a borderline horror episode haha. The ending was so sweet though.
The dog scene was so gnarly. Fucking hell I wonder if Ally is only gona be in the one episode of the season, all the promo stuff Taylor’s done for the show has her wearing the same outfit she wore in that ep
