It was only a part of the song, really just a few lines, at the end of another song. That being said, it was great to see them all on stage together

Saw them a few weeks ago at my State Fair. First time seeing them, and it was fantastic! Loved every second of it. Lots of positive energy, and they sounded great.

Also, I love Alter the Ending. Just a solid rock album all around. Great sound, lyricism, style, etc.

    Great comeback track.

Surprised though that he decided against making it a big full band production.

My guess is that it's essentially a demo version, but I could be wrong. They played this song earlier this year when I saw them and it was solo

    Love this.

Could totally see an electric version though.. chorus would sound like something off Alter The Ending

Yeah. this new song is awesome. Would love another full band version and acoustic version Alter The Ending had. I can't imagine this being the final product though. It's a little rough and shaky, which I like anyway.

Been listening to Alter The Ending the past couple of days. What a ridiculously underrated album.

Hooked on "The Motions" right now, and "Blame It On The Changes" remains one of my favorite things Chris has ever done. Some of these songs should be live staples..

I love that album and I love that Butch Walker had a hand in making it.

I prefer primarily acoustic DC to full band DC.. Dusk and Summer and ATE, while still great albums, are probably my least favorite by him/them.

Not to mention "Water and Bridges." Such an overlooked album..

Same here. He was on the right track with Shade of Poison Trees. Hope the new album has a similar sound.

Dusk and Summer is my favorite DC album. Something about that album that just clicks with me.

Everything else is hard for me to rank. So I can't do it haha.

My favorite album of his, I'm hoping for that too. Can't believe it came out 9 years ago, I remember not expecting much and being surprised how good it was

Alter the Ending is fantastic. I'm game for whatever they do next. "Heart Beat Here" is good.

That album is so good. It's a solid album front to back. I didn't even know it came out when it did. I discovered it like a year after the release, which was weird for me.

I am not a big fan out Shade outside of a few tracks. Easily Chris's worst album, for me.
