He said that in the original cancellation post, they cancelled the tour but kept the two dates

the show also has a vaxx requirement or negative test requirement, despite which state it's in

Still so bummed, though, what a cool/weird Halloween that was gonna be for me.

 

I wish I could’ve seen him live on someone’s porch the other day.

 

I just bought and watched this live from Madison Square Garden concert. It’s from the Dusk and Summer tour and holy shit it is good. Hard to believe it happened 15 years ago. Definitely recommend a purchase or rental.

I’m surprised there weren’t more records from that project. There were a few more songs.

 

This is pretty cool, and I will give it a watch. If I'm not mistaken, Brand New opened for them.

I saw Dashboard the year/tour before this while we were in Disney World, and it was one of the best shows I've ever been to. Say Anything opened for them. It's a bummer to hear his voice hasn't held up, or I'd love to see him live again. My fiancée has never seen him

 

Still a fun show to attend because everyone still sings along. That 2006 line up is my favorite era. Last time I saw them was in 2015 and John Lefler decided to play the show with them after Chris convinced him to. "I told him the only way he was coming to the show was if he played with us for old times sake." I will never forget that because when they walked out John was there and I was so confused haha. It was awesome. That dude is sorely missed in the band.

 

At the last TF show I saw he said they had a whole new records-worth of material. I want that hard drive.

 

I liked half of Crooked Shadows and that was a album on the shorter side and years ago so that make sense. Hopefully he releases the record he completed and seemed pretty high on and follow that record up much quicker.

I think we’re all ready for new music and have been for a while. Crooked Shadows was shorter and only I liked half of it so hopefully given so much time passing this album clicks entirely for me.
