My Unplugged record came in the mail today from BullMoose. Dig the variant and it sounds pretty good!

 

This baby was sitting on our front porch for a week. It arrived while we were away and I’m honestly surprised it was still there and not mangled up. They did a great job with this pressing. I got the Orange and Black variant. I’m totally getting my early 2000’s emo coffee shop music on right now. I’m happy.

 

This is a wonderful thing to see in my collection.

I have Unplugged, AMAMABAS, Dusk and Summer, Alter the Bridge, and Crooked Shadows. I like the first albums, but not nearly enough as all the others. The Unplugged performance is enough to fill that void for me. Buuuut....I REALLY want Shade on vinyl.

Bonus: I also have the Twin Fork's LP.

 

I’m so glad to have these represses. I might not love some of the newer stuff, and definitely think his voice is pretty terrible live now, but these songs and albums means so much to me. It’s nice to be able to revisit them without being in the same place I was when I first heard them.

 

Does anyone know why Alter The Ending isn't on Spotify?

but you know what.... i feel ok about it. i've gotten the last 3, and those were my big ones that i've always wanted.

 

I made the decision to not pull the trigger on So Impossible....but as soon as I hear that it's sold out I get all angry with myself. Urghh I should've just bought it!
