Wilson says show is set 5 years after Daredevil season 3, so this would mean it take place right after Endgame. Late 2023/early 2024.

Fisk doesn’t run for mayor until after Echo, which is set in 2025. Maybe there’s a jump within the show

There's only so many episodes and we've got Muse, Kingpin, Bullseye, White Tiger, just a lot of stuff, so I would be surprised if Punisher was even in more than one episode.
