The 60-year-old star, who has played presidents, writers, and gang leaders in a career that has spanned four decades, has one final film awaiting release, an untitled drama set in the world of high fashion. I assume this will go the way of Soderbergh and Miyazaki but if not, he will be greatly missed. Arguably the greatest of all time.
interesting. a legendary actor, although he didn't always pick the best roles/films (mostly did). i should watch My Beautiful Laundrette in honor.
I mean the dude does like one movie every 10 years, maybe he's just assuming he won't feel like doing anything when he's 70 Super stoked for that PTA movie though
What? He doesn't want to take it easy and start appearing in comedies with Zac Efron and Ben Stiller?
This thread just made me realize something... had Ben Stiller done anything in the past 5 years? Has there been a Night In The Museum movie in that time?
There Will Be Blood will go down as an all time great. Fantastic actor, great career, will be missed greatly.
A true modern legend. As in, in the times of internet and information overload, there are still "I heard that one time he..." tales of this glorious man.
