Agreed on the Andres features, especially in Hometown.

 

Ughhh yeah, there was one line in particular that he had that made me go "...really?"

 

IRT Kurt’s album, it’s a step up from his previous solo releases I think. But I only really found Easy Peasy, Tomorrow Will Be Fine and It’s You memorable.

 

I think Everything Is Beautiful is overall a much better album, but I do like the new one.

 

Andrés is bad. Have you guys listened to his song Zombie?

 

Id 100% disagree, EIB is the best thing he's done, he brought in a pretty wide range of styles and made an incredibly cohesive and emotive album, five stars, 10/10 whereas this...idk yet

I'm not even as a offended by the slut-shaming in the lyrics as I am by the fact he thought we were all stupid enough as an audience to not realize he's a dumbass.

I really wanna think those lyrics are satire, but it's just... not funny enough and too specific.

 

Is this a safe place to say I was thinking about skipoing/showing up late to the Kurt tour stop because of him? Cause yeahhh not excited for him

Honestly, I didn't really find anything in the video worse than in the lyrics. Maybe I should watch it again but, eh, zombie makeup, jazzercise outfit, seems like a 1-note joke.

When the woman was laying unconscious and he was eating her brains made it so much worse for me. Guess it depends on the person.

 

I haven't seen the video but fwiw I'm not sure you can eat a conscious brain. Doesn't help the extended metaphor though, makes it extra gross for sure
