Re-listening to Mothership ahead of my show on Friday....man this album is such a beast. Forget why I was middling on it, but it really nails what they've been trying to get to on the prior 2 albums with Tilian. I still like some of the experimentation on IG and AS more, but as a whole Mothership just gets it right

Petting Zoo Justice is my least favorite song on Mothership (except maybe Flossie Dickey Bounce)... But the idea of a true to song music video to Petting Zoo Justice sounds insanely fun and I would be very excited if that's what this is.
Lotta people saying Chocolate Jackalope rather than PZJ. Also, I found out that PZJ was primarily written by Matt and the Secret Band guitarist, Martin Bianchini, who also helped write Chocolate Jackalope and Man of the Year! (Plus The Jiggler, Shark Dad, Death of a Strawberry + Lost from previous albums!) Weird for Will not to be the primary writer on a song.
Sometimes life surprises you for the better :P I'm really sick of animal masks in videos but for the most part I dig it. Mess is such a video asset.
