sick tour, unfortunately the dates they're by me I'm gonna be on a trip. gonna try to make a trip to get to another one because I've been wanting to see horse the band too lol. seen fall of troy many many times so I'm ok missing out on them this time. glad they're playing with good bands again especially after the last 2 tours

 

Grabbed Chicago tickets this morning. Keeping an eye on Milwaukee as well.

 

Did a band fall through or something cause I don’t think DGD toured with either of those bands in the early 00s?

this is the first swancore band in ages that has got me hooked

 

You need to check out Love Rarely too who just dropped their album a few days ago. Also from the UK, also incredible.

edit: yeah, this is real good. the genre and a woman at the front seem like a perfect fit but there isnt a ton out there. Novumora has an okay singer but her voice feels really out of place on the songs to me.

Tree City 3 vinyl should be here this weekend, stoked.

 

Somehow I've only just now noticed that the chorus of Nicotine Armoire and the first half of the ending of Armoire Pt. 2 are the same part instrumentally.

Been listening to this shit for over 15 years and it took Tree City 3 for me to finally clock that.

This is making me warm up to Andrew's voice as the new frontman, I should give Pantheon another chance then

 

Funnily enough, it wasn't until Tree City 1 that I really warned up to Tillian too. These live albums have been very well done.

 

I am glad that Will is singing more, I hope he continues to. I still question the choice of putting will screaming really low in the mix of A Shoulder To Cry On though lol. Powder to the People is one of my fav DGD songs and this is arguably even better because of the trade off of singing to me. overall TCS3 is awesome
