I've never heard of this being an issue before? Crazy...

 

I was having that same issue yesterday, and I’m only a few miles from Chicago.

 

Chicago is sold out

This just doesn’t need to be a 5 band bill? They’d sell the same amount of tickets without the 3 openers lmao.

 

I think it's to compensate for the fact that DGD won't play more than an hour or 12 songs a night.

 

I’m into all the openers besides Covet so I’m okay with this many bands

 

I'm the other way around. If I like most/all the bands, then I'd rather it just be 2-3 bands, otherwise I'm worn out before the headliner comes on. If it's a 5+ band bill, I'm actually hoping I don't care for a couple of them so I can show up late/leave early/rest during their sets.

 

Hoping we can get atleast 14 songs from DGD this tour but I doubt it

 

These days I agree with riot, but back in the day there was nothing better than getting to Taste of Chaos and knowing I liked all 7(!). Today I’d be too tired haha.

 

Oh, absolutely. Back in the day, Ozzfest, Warped, TOC, Sounds of the Underground. All day fests with 20 bands I was into?!?! Are you kidding?

Now, I still go to shows all the time, but I want to show up 10 minutes before the band I want to see comes on, and I cross my fingers for earlier shows.

 

Just got my tickets, fell in love with DGD after Warped 2017. Super excited for the STL show

 

Just got my VIP for Swanfest. I still can't believe I'm doing three dates of this tour

 

DGD will close out Swanfest in 25 minutes-- can't wait to see the setlist!

Whyyyyyy are they still playing Flossie Dickie Bounce when literally ANY song in their catalog would be better

 

Yeah, it's a really odd pick. I don't even hate the song, but it's really not a fun one live. Hopefully they'll play around with the setlist over the course of tour.

Really wish they would play Story Of My Bros or Care could do without Summertime Gladness

 

Honestly, I still stand by my assessment Count Bassy is their worst Tilian-era song and I wish they didn't add it to their live set.

 

That’s honestly one of my favorites off Artificial Selection

 

And I think Summertime Gladness is a top 5 song-- we clearly have very different tastes, lol.
