Gotta be honest, thought a lot of it was really bad. Some ridiculously cheesy and canned instrumentals going on
Yeah, not a big fan. You can tell it's just Tilian sort of doing whatever, and honestly all of these songs are faux-emotional rock ballads, and don't capitalize on Tilain's earwormy songwriting skills. The instrumentals sound like they could be royality free music used on Club Penguin in 2008. It's just lacks a certain level of polish.
I really don’t like the album, but I love a lot of his older stuff. I kind of feel the same about ArSe, though. Disappointing year for me. :(
Haven't gone back to this record much since release, if at all. The Tilian record is doing nothing for me. I was somewhat bored by all but 2 songs on the HTS album. And here is where I wonder out loud if I'm outgrowing this style of music lol
Random, but Tilian said Bloodsucker's lyrics were actually inspired by his reaction to the movie "I, Tonya" if anyone cares.

I never even check that group any more and that’s partly why... makes sense. I just wasn’t sure if there was some new allegation that had come out against someone else tied to DGD/Swancore... glad that doesn’t seem to be the case.
yeah i originally thought that facebook group was the official blu swan page orsomething glad its not
Sat here bored at work imagining the level of extreme quality set-list this band could make just off the past 3 albums alone: 1) Son of Robot 2) Chucky Vs Giant Tortoise 3) Stroke God 4) Philosopher King 5) Slouch 6) Midnight Crusade 7) Young Robot 8) Death of a Strawberry 9) Betrayed by the Game 10) Inspire the Liars 11) We Own The Night 12) Care
There's good songs that they rarely/never play live so just tried to list the usual suspects plus ones like Philosopher King & Slouch that would go hard as hell live. I don't particularly rate Young Robot but people go nuts for it when they play it!
