I think Tilian finally found his solo sound. This song is just so groovy and infectious.

 

New Tilian song is great. I always love certain songs on his albums/EPs but never the whole projects. Hoping this changes that.

 

Tilian is becoming a little too narcissistic for me.

Haha he’s good but the feel of the music video and lyrical content come off much different to me than his work on his past solo album and his music with DGD.

 

loving that new tilian song! and all his solo stuff is pretty great honestly. also according to his twitter, he played all the guitar bass and keys on this new solo album, and kris crummett produced the album and played drums. that's pretty awesome, tilian is a talented dude!

 

Oh hell yeah, the new Tilian song is a total jam.

 

Updated vinyl boxset is cool, but I won't buy it. I had the previous boxset and never really listened to it so I sold it.

I’ve honestly never really dabbled into any of the DGD vocalist solo records. I loved Brain Lord when Kurt premiered it, but only checked out Everything Is Beautiful once. I liked it a lot, but for some reason never came back.

 

I was the exact same way actually haha... then more recently I got to see Kurt live a few times, and seeing how great his solo sets were made me go back to Everything Is Beautiful a lot, I love that album now.

Okay yeah, this one is super underrated. I feel like that EP got totally overlooked.

"The Skeptic" is the most obnoxious name for an album imaginable. But now I want to listen to it out of sheer morbid curiosity. So... well played? Goddammit.

 

I don’t come to Tilian solo stuff (or his DGD material for that matter) for the lyrical content, just give me the hooks.
