I don't mean to be rude or anything, but DGD has been on the Billboard Top 200 and has over 700,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. How many monthly listeners do you have?

Finally saw a DGD headlining show for the first time last night. Man, that was a blast! After being a fan since DBMII era, I was so glad I finally got to see them, and the crowd’s energy was infectious.

 

I had Gospel Burnout and Turn Off the Lights Pt.2 stuck in my head all day... weird combination.

 

All the Tillian albums still run together for me, this one was fine but I'm not like really wanting to listen to it over and over.

 

Is anyone else aggressively irritated by the lack of a DBM2 or Mothership reference in Evaporate?

I’ve really warmed up to the later half of this.

 

It took years but I think I’ve come around on dbm2

 

It’s a good album I just can’t stand Jonny’s parts/lyrics

 

They’re no worse than Jons really. It’s still by far my least favorite of their albums but I like at least two thirds of it a lot

 

I’d put artificial selection right in the middle of their discography at this point, which is high praise considering the strength of their discog

I agree with none of this but I like how well distributed it is haha

 

We have very similar rankings

 

To be fair Happiness definitely deserves to be higher from a musical integrity standpoint, but it has like 4/5 amazing songs (Strawberry Swisher 2, Carl Barker, NASA, Don't Tell Dave, Powder To The People), and the rest are extremely meh (Especially Tree Village and Happiness)
