Dammit, nothing worse the temptation of a 128 that'll half ruin the first listen

Having my first listen. This is clearly their tightest songwriting ever. Calentamiento Global is a weird fucking song though. I hope Tilian isn't just singing in spanish so he can get away with saying some conspiracy theory nonsense.

I have shitty speakers at work and won't notice a difference anyhow. Album's good but nothing will ever top Artificial Selection for me.

Their stuff usually grows on me but first listen I am not big on it. Want to see the lyrics for Born to Fail though just because sounds like could be all about Jonny right?!

damn Parody Catharsis is SO good but Wills dumb verse fouls it up

Born to Fail has a callback to a Tides of Man vocal melody

    pretty weird ha

Worst album closer they have ever put out.

Let's hold our breath until we disappear

Just finished it. I think it's a step above ArSe but not by a great amount. Hopefully it will grow on me, but I wasn't blown away.

It is a very weird album, not as memorable at first, but I still think I like it a bit better than ArSe? Idk yet, it's gonna take a while.

I like this better than Mothership and Artificial Selection
    Jon is better than ever
the insutrmentals feel fresh but also classic post-hardcore? like older than their influences have been in awhile.

well from the singles I was expecting something consistent from this album but in reality it’s kind of a left turn. at the moment I think it’s sort of really a mixed bag qualitatively - but I think that’s kinda par for the course with the last 3 albums

This is solid. I feel like this band have consistently done almost the same sound for their entire career, and to be fair it is very much their sound. The only changes have been ones forced upon them by lineup changes really.

I like that this is a little different.

I have to agree with the above after skimming through... only about half or fewer of the tracks feel like rehashing the Tilian era.

I don't think I really enjoy the direction they took that much personally, but it was time for something different, so respect there.

Anyone who loves IG and their more ridiculous bops should be more than satisfied.
