Yeah its been pretty good. 9 pounds in less than 3 weeks and I haven't really done anything drastic. Trying not to eat pizza every 3 days and I've cut out regular soda and cutting back on diet soda. Not eating so much fast food burgers and replacing that with turkey sandwiches and too many chips.

I havent been at a point where I thought "fuck this diet, I'm getting pizza" it's more like "I'm going to have pizza today and I'm not going to over do it."

 

I even had ice cream yesterday (no queso)

That's great! All those little changes really add up. You're doing it in your own way and if that works for you more power to ya. It's not easy.

 

I have so much weight to lose the first part is going to be easy it's once I get rid of the easy part that's going to be hard. But at this rate I have plenty of time before that happens.

i made a milkshake with coffee and mint chocolate chip ice cream and i'm gonna try to power through this homework. then i'm gonna get fucked up lol.

 

That's what happened to my dad this year. He lost both of his parents this year and his wife/my mom 10 years ago. Even more of a reason for me to see him as often as possible.

and thank you! My mom is handling it well to say the least. Still having Easter at my moms tomorrow...and its 420...so I think it will be a celebration of Grams life and our not so traditional family lol.
