SO MUCH SAME. I realized sprouts ruined my mental health a bunch and it only got better after I started going back to school and going to a job that actually treats me right.

we only had 6 people in our department and a lot of time my manager was sent off to help other stores open so the 5 of us were forced to work 6 days 6 and a half hour shifts and it was awful. They would get mad at us for even asking if we could stay longer or even do OT.
