yoo same thing when I was at sprouts. I would always stay for unpaid OT and it was 100% the worst decision because screw every doing that

my current job doesn't mind if you do OT as long as you keep track

nah just a produce clerk but for some reason the big boss and hr at my work we’re so against us working OT.

 

Reminds me of Walmart and how fucking ridiculously overbearing they were if you went into OT at all despite the fact that they pretty much purposely understaffed my department so that you had no choice but to go into OT.

Man, I'm still surprised I managed to get through that job without blowing my fucking brains out. I'm being both figurative and literal there because it 100% contributed to the already extremely severe depression I was suffering from at the time
