My acid reflux/heartburn has been out of control the last few days. Really tired lately too.

Better be old age and not something else.

I had my gallbladder taken out when I was 21. since then I just take Zantac. Its not like this all the time, but the last 3 days its been wild.

 

I'm probably going to leave work at 4 so I can go home and chug some milk or have a yogurt. Seems to help most of the time.

 

I take Zegerid pretty consistently and that does wonders for me. Priolsec didn't do anything. Yay for depression causing stomach issues that you battle the rest of your life.

I went through a period where I was really depressed and barely ate for a few months. I lost a ton of weight, but I've dealt with indigestion and acid reflux ever since. When I'm on top of my medication, I'm totally fine, but if I slack and I eat something really spicy or greasy or acidic, I'm fucked.

 

Yeah that was me this summer. Now that I quit smoking and drinking soda, shits getting weird in there I guess. Looks like a trip to the Doctor is in order.

 

They are going to tell me to lay off the coffee. That is what happened with my dad and now he's fine. I refuse to give up my one vice.

Yea when I realized pretty much everything you consume (except water) dehydrates you in some way, a lot of my health problems went away. I probably drink a gallon a day
