Dan Andriano Hanging Out With The Damned Things

We know from a recent interview that Rob Caggiano is no longer in The Damned Things; however, a recent Instagram post has Dan Andriano of Alkaline Trio hanging out with other members of the band. Coincidence?

But poor Josh Newton tho. :( He was a pretty rad bassist.

he does need a new band since Trio is practically done

 

I never liked The Damned Things but I always thought the concept was pretty cool and this makes for an interesting dynamic. The idea of Scott Ian from Anthrax plus Keith from ETID and members of the OG pop punk scene from FOB and Alkaline Trio makes for an intriguing prospect.

"Ironiclast" is such a fun listen. I can't wait to see what they do next. I do miss Josh being in the periphery of the ETID dudes, though, that guy was such a clown.

No Dan and Matt have been clear multiple times they have no plans to be done, ignore that
