Like best-tasting thing I've cooked before? The best thing I've ever come up with on my own was my buffalo chicken and bacon mac n cheese. I used tri-color rotini and then crushed up sour cream and onion Lay's on top for like a crust haha. It was perhaps the single greatest achievement of my college years. I'm also always proud of my chili and pulled pork. And since I started cooking steaks with a cast-iron skillet two years ago, those always come out great. Something else great that I just love making is pizza gaina, or pizza rustica, which (for those who don't know) is this: Another Easter Classic: Pizza Gaina
I legitimately have not cooked a steak any other way in the last two years and likely will never cook a steak any other way again. The grill can't compete.
I still love grilling. I can't help it. But it's one of the two methods for me. Have you ever put your cast iron on your grill?
I am currently only licensed in New Jersey but I'm working on my application for New York as well. I am not, nor would I ever be, dulam's attorney.
If PA decides to allow people who passed the Uniform Bar Exam to apply for admission before 2019 (when my score expires) then yes. If not, I think PA does this thing where if you've been practicing in good standing for a certain amount of time in another state then you can get in without taking the PA Bar exam. But I'm never taking any Bar exam again haha.
