The pen is (heh pen is) very smooth, almost too smooth but that part is definitely my fault considering how little I write on paper these days. I am definitely a fan but I admit I am not well versed in the market. Overall I am happy with my purchase and do not require a refund of one of the pens that came in the 3-pen pack.
I agree with the too smooth assessment. Give it a weeks use. I’m genially curious if it runs out on you cause I’ve had at least three that have turned to crap
I'll let you know next week if the pen still writes well, usually I don't write much but I'm learning Japanese because Henry inspired me so I've been writing out all the (edit: HIRAGANA) and shit so I'll be using ink plenty.
Dude, awesome! I took a couple Japanese courses and writing hiragana and katakana can be so fun! I highly suggest the G2 Pro .05 for writing Japanese characters
Wow I'm doing terrible I already failed at spelling hiragana hahaha I'll give it a try! That's the one thing I don't like this pen for so far hahaha. Writing in English feels SO fluid with the Pilot Precise V7 but it feels way too fluid for the Japanese characters
Definitely. There is a certain level of precision needed to accurately write Japanese characters. Are you interested in speaking as well? How far do you want to take this?
I definitely want to be able to speak Japanese at some point. I wanna go far with it but am also taking my time as to not overwhelm myself. I've taught myself 40 hiragana characters and could off the top of my head draw/recognize/say...25 of them I'd say? So I've still got ways to go haha.
Cool man, well I wish you the best of luck. I kinda gave up on it but I hope to get back to it eventually. One thing that really helped me was downloading a hiragana/katakana keyboard on iOS
How can his experience be wrong? If a pen doesn’t work, it doesn’t work. You shouldn’t take it personally, but you do owe me a refund
do you guys mean to tell me that @dylan backs up poorly thought out claims with an iron fist from a place of deep personal bias i never
