Umm I’m not sure if this is “luckiest” but yellowcard dedicated a song to me on stage once and they’re my favorite band so that was nice.
Along that line, I’ve caught numerous set lists, guitar picks, and drum sticks. But often those things were a result of having a sort of relationship with the band, not really luck...

I’ve won concert tickets a few times which is tight

Also, I won a $100 Nike gift card

Also, this is the most cheese, but I feel lucky to have experienced the kind of love I did with my ex. Even now coming terms with the fact that it was all one sided, it doesn’t change how I felt for him which really opened my eyes to what it felt like to love someone so wholly.
