I think you need to hear that everyone gets it, whatever you're feeling everyone gets it even if they don't communicate it to you. We've all been there or will be there and we all will conquer it, including you.

As far as advice I give my kids that I wish I was given: This will sound spoiled, but nothing. All the advice I give my kids are things I was fortunate enough to be given as well. I'm so unbelievably lucky to be able to say that, I'm very fortunate to have been surrounded by the people I've known for all the years of my life
