I Will not watch it and I am absolutely inconsolable over Roseanne Connor being a Trump supporter. I cannot believe this is the same woman who was part of that amazing ep where dj refuses to kiss the black girl and Roseanne has to confront her own racism, or the show that handled jackie' s domestic abuse so beautifully. I cannot.

1. His favorite song is Snoop Dog's Drop it Like Its Hot. One time we played it on YouTube and he was dancing and there's a part where the song makes a ting sound and he timed it do this silly dance move on the ting and it was awesome and unexpected. I have it on video and watch it all the time.

2. He was with me when my car caught on fire and as we were on the side of the road watching my car burst into flames he said "don't worry, kona. They're putting the fire out. Your car will be okay." And when I was like nahh buddy I think it's broken now. He was like "it's okay kona you can get a new one." Just super cute and positive!

3. When he was little we taught him to say "oso" for bear but it sounded like he said "asshole" so we'd be at the store and he'd point out the bears and stuff and sounded like he was shouting "asshole!" All the time

 

I haven't had one in years. I'm guessing they have gelatin so... 0

 

there was like this Easter weekend marathon so I watched a bunch of the old episodes and it was just super clever with a lot of stuff.

I was reading some stuff she is into now about far right theories and I'm just like WHY

She dressed as Hitler and then took burnt cookies in the shape of people out of an oven. I love original run Roseanne but giving her a platform at this point is irresponsible.

At first I was hoping she was just trying to be annoying and edgy which is still bad, but ugh at them being her real beliefs

Pretending like you are cool. It's funny sometimes but things so far removed from reality often are!

 

My nephew just discovered Spyro the dragon on my PlayStation and he is the face of concentration

Hmm. I didn't have any specific questions in mind. But I like to ask questions that might cause ppl to reflect on themselves and feel good, like what's your biggest accomplishment so far or something ur the most proud of? Which I'd say is either graduating college (I'm a first gen college student and the first in my family to graduate) or living on my own. I endured a lot of "lol have fun working at starbucks/min wage job with that degree" comments so I'm always like HA!

Tacos probably. My dad fries rly good taco shells. I love both tho and burritos are so conveniently portable and are so diverse with what u can put in them!

 

@Kiana what do you feel like your purpose in life is?

 

Those are pretty great questions. (Congrats!) those comments were directed at me as well but I didn’t get to swerve like you so keep killin the game

 

I don't believe there is a planned purpose or anything. I think in the grand scheme of the universe our existence is a small blip and inconsequential. So I think my purpose is to be kind and try to make the world a little bit better while I'm here. I will do the best that I can and hope the world sucks a little less because of it. I think sometimes pondering our existence can be overwhelming and daunting so to be like eh there's no real point just don't be a jerk feels easier.

haha, thanks! I had to take three weeks off the gym between two friends getting married and a surgery and got back in there today and it was the best and the worst. it’s become my safe place for so many frustrations

 

here is a challenge: you must form a group of singers for an album.

You get one pick of a solo male singer and solo female.

You then have to choose one member from any boy band and one member from a girl group.

Ugh I feel you. Good on u for going back tho! It's easy to go eh screw it and get outta the habit. I don't have a car rn so I can't get to the gym. I went once last week and will prob only go once this week. I used to go like 3-5x a week so I'm probably going to die when I go regularly again! I totally agree. I didn't think I'd like going but its great to focus on the exercise and not everything else like I get in a ~zone and it's so therapeutic!

Okay I wanna preface this by saying I know nothing about vocals and which styles compliment each other. I'm just going for it!

Julien Baker - I think her vocals are amazing. I love when she gets into it and shouts the lyrics with the passion of 1000 suns

Lenny Kravitz - this was hard for me cause I don't listen to many solo men and the ones I do mostly came from boy bands so I don't count it. He is versatile and would make the band cool af!

Harry Styles - I think he has a pleasant cool tone but I don't think he has found the best way to use his voice yet so enter the new band!

Perrie Edwards - I don't even check for Little Mix like that but her voice is rly cool and powerful. I first noticed her vocals when she does the beginning of Power and it blew my face off.

 

I really need to listen to julien baker huh
