He'll be getting a new Niece via me. That's enough right?

 

I haven't asked for anything so it will be a surprise, I don't really ask for stuff or want stuff

 

I buy my own birthday presents because I never get them.

My fiancée and family get me birthday gifts but there’s always that one special one I go and buy myself lol

I feel like its literally impossible for me to get drunk. I just cant. If I feel my body even getting close I pull back and switch to water. Which is smart I guess but man I see everyone else in there getting all drunk and I'm just like how. Even worse, smoking cigarettes! I guess idk anyone my age who smokes regularly so seeing a ton of kids who look younger than me chain smoking at bars I just become a lil old lady like THAT WILL KILL U, U KNOW

My relationship with my mom soured once she started drinking more and it eradicated any desire to drink much. I'll go out sometimes if a friend wants to but no way I could do the drunk bar hopping scene. Just not my thing. I'm also a total control freak so once I feel like I'm losing control over my senses I stop. Also hangovers sound terrible and I do not want one lol.

Edit: not tru. Gotta know when to stop or you’ll end up like me the other week where the last 30 minutes of the night were a blur but you remember throwing up in your friend’s garbage can

 

Stay strong with not drinking, there’s no shame in not partaking.

 

Yeah sometimes it feels like such a normalized thing and I should stop being a weirdo and just loosen up, but yeah like I said my brain and body goes NOOOOO WHAT ARE YOU DOING and does not let me go further haha. Its all good. I still have fun and let others do it instead.

Also my grandpa was just hospitalized for heart issues and they think his drinking caused it and it's a nice reminder we're not immortal lol

 

I feel like I should clarify that I was kidding last night, and nowadays I only drink on New Years, usually I’m straight sober and the designated driver for everyone lol
