I have the European one, which I think added a couple of extra game mechanics. I am tempted by some of the add on map packs, but I don't really play it enough to justify it. I clearly need to make more friends.

@MrCon do you like any American sports/franchises? How did that come about?

Idk the protocol on finishing my questions during someone else's AMA, but I don't want to leave anyone hanging. Yea we don't come across each other much. I'm doing good, 23 is a rollercoaster (at least for me). Lots of fun times followed by lots of existential crises. It's a little rough feeling like I'm getting older and older (I turn 24 this month yikes), but what can you do. But it's overall good, it feels good to actually be like your own person and not have to answer to other people as much.

When you say franchises, I presume you're still referring to sports and not like, Subway?

Honestly, not really. I don't have any interest in the big American sports (American Football, Baseball, Basketball and Hockey). I have actually been to Ice Hockey games in the UK and they feel kind of inauthentic and just try to be more American than makes sense. I kind of find WWE interesting, but only to read about it and what has gone into getting it where it is now. I think that's actually more interesting than the 'sport' itself.

When it comes to sports, I tend to find it difficult to get enthused if I have no connection to it. I only really watch Football and F1 and when it comes to Football, I'm only really interested in what the English teams are doing. When Newcastle are out of the top flight, I still keep an eye on the Premier League as a neutral, but I don't really follow any other competitions.

I'm not anti America (actually quite fond of a few things) or anything by the way, I just don't care for your sports. O:-)

Hello my fellow follically challenged friend. At what age did you realize you started losing your hair and when did you finally just say “fuck it” and take a razor to your head?

Since doing so, have you seen more positive reactions than negative?

    Oooft. Tough questions.

I really like Naive. Super, for being sweet and unusual. There are a load of usual suspects at the top end of the list though. Classics like The Great Gatsby, To Kill a Mockingbird and 1984 are up there, along with less well known stuff like Morvern Callar and Portrait of a Young Man Drowning.

I can't think of a standout favourite film right now. Maybe I'll just pick out a recent favourite. I saw Death of Stalin at the cinema and that was a brilliant example of a black comedy.

That's a toss up between Peaky Blinders and Always Sunny.

I was wondering when you'd show up. :p

My hair was definitely abandoning ship around 24-25. I changed styles to deal with it for a while, but I think I first tried shaving my head around February 2015 I think (I was 26). I didn't feel great about it tbh, so I grew my hair back to a short style until a almost exactly a year later, when I shaved it off and knew I would be keeping it that way.

I don't know if I can really say in quantitative terms. I think I've maybe attracted people I otherwise wouldn't have when it was receding and I do receive compliments here and there. I think the main thing for me was that I felt I had control back and it helped me feel more confident. I still worry that someone I find attractive can't possibly want a bald guy, but at the same time, I don't find myself worrying about being a balding guy either.

There's an honesty about it that I think helps though, because while it might not be to everyone's taste, I have nothing to hide. It's very freeing.

I have indeed been. I've been to Orlando, San Fransisco, Portland, Seattle and Chicago. I'd like to return at some point. I'd like to go to Chicago again, as I was only there for 3-4 days and there was so much stuff I still didn't see. I'd quite like to see New York and maybe Boston too. To be honest, the US is so bloody massive that it's only a lack of imagination which would make a trip there dull.

In terms of places I haven't been yet, I'd like to get around some more of the Nordic states, particularly Sweden and Finland. I'd like to go somewhere in Canada at some point and I fancy having a relaxing time around the lakes in northern Italy.

Oooooft. Now we're getting down to it. I think I Was Trying... is the best all rounder, ...Is Dead has But You Are Vast on it, which is easily my favourite song by them and the first I heard. Then you have The Troubled Stateside, which is just so fast. I guess I have to say I Was Trying..., but the other two run it oh so close. On another day, it could be any of them.

You just have to find a way to own it I'm afraid. Don't be afraid of being an egg!
