the short answer here is no. i've had plenty of deeply terrifying night terrors/sleep paralysis, and then one time a year after my mom passed (hot topic today lol) my sisters and i still lived in the house. not sure how/why but it never got taken from us, i would imagine my sister put some of the inheritance to the mortgage. anyways, i come home and it's only me as they were working day jobs. i heard a thunderous running/stomping upstairs, 80% of which was unfinished attic with the other 20% being my sisters bedroom. i can still hear it and get a shiver. i immediately called the police, and i froze in place til they arrived. by the time they got there the sound had stopped for about two minutes. they found nothing, no sign of entry, nothing out of place. but something was roaming around upstairs and i will never know what.
i also had an instance of sleep paralysis where i saw a small boy that was a mix of Gollum from LOTR and Samara from The Ring huddled up sitting cross-legged on my mini-fridge staring at me
