dead at twenty two, FFO: The 1975, LANY, Emo/post-hardcore

Currently in studio working on a record releasing a string of singles

not too bad tbh. kinda does sound like if the 1975 had kept in the dlid style

 

callingallcars clearly the best of the 3, that chorus is explosive. its repetitive and the verses are eh but I can't stop listening. the other two are alright

 

The Stolen is another band that does this style pretty well, if da22 is the dark side of the coin, The Stolen is the light side

 

This band is pretty cool, excited to hear a longer project from them

 

so I was curious how the hell a band like this was able to get a cohesive/amazing mixing job when they're self-produced with only a mixer...

turns out the drummer, destin johnson is a well connected drummer and producer. He's played with Emarosa (ew now) and was on SNL for Chance the Rapper. Seems like he's the bread and butter of the band
