a chiodos demo for devil if i'm not mistaken.

 

Is it the same line up? Their debut turned out to be quite... something. I remember liking a few songs, but the amount of questionable lyrics was such a turn off.

This one sounds... dated so far. I might have appreciated it in 2010, but for now, that's a pass. They're getting overboard with effects once again. Did Feldmann produce this?

 

Craig is the only original member on this effort.

 

Oooh I just remembered every member but him leaving the band at the time. Makes sense.

 

This is so embarrassingly bad. Every moment of it.

From what I hear, the majority of the group was surprised and confused to see this posted. Dunno who's playing on the demo.

 

i like the chorus, i feel like there's a decent song somewhere in there, but i'm not enjoying the production :/

 

There's just some bands where you can't have randoms with one original member. It doesn't always work. I dug some of the og DRUGS stuff too.

 

The magic this group captured when they were all together was wild. Aaron Stern's parts still blow me away.

 

Pretty sure he did this all himself. There’s an interview on Forbes (of all places) that he explains how it came about. I like Craig and all but this really awful.

Remember when their album had the lyric “if the sky is the limit I’ll build a bridge up to it” and everyone was like bro a bridge that goes up exists and it’s called a LADDER

 

I liked the album when that was released but yeah, this was garbage.

I mostly remember how that song sounded like a goddamned Boys Like Girls track.

That and the aggressively unnecessary nudity in their already-ridiculous first music video.
