I did not expect that. I remember a photo from during recording with a ton of songs listed, so I guess this explains that. I'm glad the digital release is soon since they've already dropped half the songs.

oh hey these songs are pretty sick esp if you're a fan of emo cathartic cursive (i am)

"pulse" is also kinda modest mousey when it gets all clean toward the end

 

Tides Rush In is one of their best songs.

 

I'm revisiting Happy Hollow and it's perfect. The flow from "Hyms For The Heathen" into "Opening The Hymnal/Babies" is so damn good. It has me listening to the album more than once in a row haha.

 

Damn I still haven't listened to Get Fixed, forgot I had a major headache the first time I tried

 

Best Cursive record.

 

Fellow HH fanatic here, too. Easily my favorite Tim Kasher record.

 

Is it me, or is Mama, I'm Swollen seriously underrated?
It has that typical cursive-sound, but with a little extra. It will always be my favorite record of them, next to Domestica.

 

It might be underrated. All of Cursive is.

 

Definitely is! The record was strangely received when it was released if I recall correctly, but I've always enjoyed/appreciated jt

 

Happy Hollow and Mama are my top 2. I would also put Monogamy up there with my favorite Kasher albums.
