New song is FIRE. I got chills when I heard the cello. This announcement came out of nowhere, now I'm thinking this could be AOTY.

 

I love angry, frustrated Tim Kasher and there is a lot to be mad about right now. The write-up on this album is fantastic.

From the sounds of things, this will be more of a spiritual successor to The Ugly Organ than a direct sequel, at least in terms of the sound adopted for the record. 2003 Cursive filtered through the lens of where everyone's at in 2018, as well as their more experimental offerings on Swollen/Gemini. So here for it. Late-game AOTY contender for sure.

 

Yeah, that single is awesome. Classic, diry Cursive but it's catchy as hell.

 

Great song, love the anger and cello, so pumped for this!
