best comedy show of all time. would love to do a full rewatch again soon. I think it'd be my 4th or 5th time
Good bump. I’m actually also rewatching this and for the first time. Forgot how good some of these earlier episodes were. Just watched Marty’s Dad’s funeral ep where Larry/Jeff try to switch the club he was buried with.
I have always said that seasons 2 and 3 are the best. They are the most grounded, and the show is much better when people are being unreasonable toward Larry.
I couldn't name a favorite season honestly. 1-8 are all beyond spectacular and I've grown to love the heightened reality of later seasons. The seasons after the hiatus have only gotten better with each one, with plenty of episodes that reach the earlier heights of the series.
While there really isn't an episode I dislike, let alone season....I think they really hit their stride in Seasons 6/7. Early seasons of Leon were some of the best for sure.
On season 3 for like the 4th time. It’s so unbelievably rewatchable. Lewis’s body language when he speaks is some absolute god level shit.. kills me.
Just finished my rewatch of s4. The producers storyline and Larry trying to have an agreed affair was spectacular.
