I love a good tomato on a burger, and I do enjoy bruchetta and other places where tomato pieces exist, i.e. quesadillas, nachos, etc.

The bruschetta in the episode was definitely more towering than how most places serve it. The ideal piece fits easily and snug in your mouth

Yeah, the Vanity Fair interview is a much better source on that. I come away from reading that feeling uncertain. A lot of old white man-isms that annoyed me but also answered every question and gave a few apologies and acknowledgements of privilege and power. Overall, pretty disappointed in him and I hope he does the work but reading that bummed me out. Dude seems to contradict himself in multiple answers.
