No kids under 10 at restaurants would help anyone win in a landslide.

 

The ending is kind of ruined by the reality that a one-vote election would have a recount anyway.

 

Not a great one. The last two haven’t been up to standard. Weird because the first half of the season were some of the best in years.

 

Finally catching up. Sorry, but ep6 was amazing. The part where Larry was visibly upset at not being allowed to take the last sparkling water is classic.

 

lol Leon mistaking Little Women.

 

This episode made me laugh a lot, especially Leon's bits, but I think I've kind of realized I don't really like the story this season. I'm not a fan of the Maria Sofia storyline and now I don't really like the Irma storyline either, although that could still win me over depending on where it goes

 

Also I could not for the fucking life of me place where I had seen the actress who played Irma's daughter and it was bugging the hell out of me and then I realized she was Pete's love interest on Crashing

 

The sequence where they watch Larry on the security camera is an all-timer for me. Could not stop laughing.

 

Should I be writing all of this?

She reminds me so much of my grandmother that all these sex scenes make me very uncomfortable.

 

Tracey Ullman is so great as the anti-Larry.

Did anyone else notice that Larry had Cheryl as Cheryl Hines on his phone? Is that the first time they’ve used her actual last name on the show?

 

Possibly a mistake? They've never said Cheryl's maiden name on the show, at least not to my knowledge.

Idk I think Irma is good for Larry and very age appropriate. I get mad when he acts like he’s so above her lol

 

This new episode was a great return to form after the last two.

 

I am glad someone finally addressed how unruly bruschetta is.

 

When he spins in the chair and gets dizzy when he stands up I thought I was gonna cry

 

Also Irma yelling COME AND WATCH ME! on the stairs was hilarious too

 

I am so glad they referenced Leon's aunt. Bring the family back for a cameo.

 

they skirt over the main issue which is that tomatoes suck

 

I noticed and appreciated the Auntie Rae namedrop too, I almost forgot that Leon lives with Larry because he dated his sister who then left because she thought he cheated on her lol

And wasn't there some misunderstanding that made them think he was racist too?
