I like seasons 8 and 9 a lot more than 6 and 7.

 

The last season was a lot better than the last few. Seasons 2 and 3 are basically perfect.

 

2-5 are perfect IMO.

 

I wonder if Funkhouser will be in it at all...

 

Yeah I’ve been wondering this all year tbh. When he passed they had already been filming for a bit so he might have recorded some scenes, but it might not have been enough to make sense to include it.

 

I’m hoping they would have at least one scene with him. Even if it’s edited poorly just to include him

 

I wouldn’t be surprised if they have an episode centered on his funeral. There’s no way they don’t properly handle this. They certainly can’t just write him off.

 

i'm kind of wondering if they'll have him die in the show or not. They could just have him move away or something... or just not mention him any more.

 

Larry and Marty are meeting somewhere, Marty gets into a car accident based on directions Larry gave him and everyone blames Larry

 

and then Larry steals flowers from Marty’s memorial

 

I think in the interview someone posted that Jeff says they don’t reference his death this season. I think they’re all still grieving too much to write it cleanly into the show. Makes sense to me.

I almost cancelled HBO a few weeks ago, but between Curb coming back and The Outsider airing in January...will probably hold off a few more months.

 

only a schmohawk would cancel HBO a month before the new season of Curb starts
