Seriously the second track on this record is the filthiest thing in heavy music in 2018

 

i hope they do not release it as a single cause i wont be able to resist and i wanna wait on THAT for a first album listen

That really dissonant riff in the middle of I Am Healed sounds quite similar to Life and Limb by Spitfire. Not a bad thing at all, but I knew I'd heard that type of riff before.

 

How are God Mother?

 

They're a rad as fuck Swedish band on the label founded by the dudes from Dillinger Escape Plan. I'd say they're a perfect compliment to Cult Leader with a rhythmic, grindy mathcore attack that reminds me of a sludgier Norma Jean with some death metal influences.

 

Oooooh. That's why the Party Smasher logo was on the poster. Which band is on The Flenser?

his voice is so damn haunting i love it

 

Seeing this band play in a tiny 75 cap room in December is going to be amazing.

 

"I Am Healed" has been on a constant rotation in my head for the past month.
