Crawl (Alexandre Aja, July 12, 2019) Movie

A young woman, while attempting to save her father during a Category 5 hurricane, finds herself trapped in a flooding house and must fight for her life against alligators.

 

Kinda stoked for this.

 

Yeah the trailer looks scary and bloody. I'm cautiously excited.

 

I am SO excited for this. Looks wild.

had no idea this is the same guy that made High Tension

 

Hope this is good as I have kind of a thing for disaster films that are mixed with another genre.

 

I love how she shit talks the gator, everyone knows their true weakness is being insulted

 

I dug this. Besides the characters being kind of generic, it was a fun locked-door thriller. No idea why Paramount didn’t screen it beforehand.

 

This was a super fun, wild ride. Was on the edge of my seat for the last 75 minutes of the movie. Absolutely loved this!

 

This was so goddamn unnerving from start to finish (in a good way!), which I should have considered coming from Aja and Raimi. I couldn’t stop squirming and loved the jump scares. Why did they have to bring a dog along just to up my anxiety levels?

 

Not getting Midsommar at my theater (fuckin bullshit) so I think a pal and I are gonna see this

 

Haha, seriously. I was just worried about the dog the whole time.

 

The movie is only 87 minutes total! haha

 

This was great and because of it, Aja’s being considered for the Elm Street remake. If he lands that gig, it’ll be his third remake and second of Craven’s work.

 

Hopefully it's better than "The Hills Have Eyes."

 

What’s wrong with Hills Have Eyes? I think his version is far more superior than the original film.
