I know this isn't real, but this song sounds like he had a bender with Hallelujah, Mary and Gideon and heard "High Hopes" drunk as hell on his way back to Edina. When he woke up, he was inspired by what he half-remembered and wrote this. What I'm trying to say is Craig Finn fucking rules.
