i love that video so much!! they are so hilarious haha. and the song, damn, so many awesome guitar tones, and the song is pretty epic. really excited for this album!
This thread should have more posts. Significantly more. Also, release date is the 5th, not 12th. So booya.
right?? this band is so good and love the singles so far, i think we're in for a really special treat!
Has anybody listened to the full record yet?! I thought it's coming out in a week ;d so it's a surprise, but I'm still at work for now
Who produced this ? The instrumentation is obviously superb but the production really elevates this imo
Looking at their past work it makes sense, everything is so clean yet atmospheric, loving my first proper listen
Vocals and lyrics are too good for this to be a mostly instrumental band. Though the instrumentation is next level regardless.
Question 1: Why doesn't the album version of predawn have strings? Question 2: How could you do this to me?
Haven’t watched yet but was hoping it was gonna be for atreyu, song slaps. This album is really great, like the first half more currently but the rest is growing
This week on The First Ever Podcast I interview Yvette Young! "During this podcast the two discuss how it was living on campus at UCLA, trying to write Baroque classical music, her love for The Darkness, learning instruments at an early age, her first band Astrochasm, her first show at Jerry’s Pizza in Bakersfield, the early stages of making art, her physical and mental health struggles (TW: anorexia) and how music helped her, getting a bachelors in fine arts, recording with Covet for the first time, catching Bird Flu on her first tour, SXSW and the pains that come with it, her signature Ibanez guitar, our mutual love for Iceland, releasing her solo material DIY, a special performance of Parachute and so much more!"
Hell yeah, love Yvette and it will definitely be interesting given the form of your podcast - will hop right on tonight!
